plot.

All throughout history, man has fought with one another.

Rocks, Swords, Pokemon…

Whatever weapon they had in their arsen, humans were prepared to use it against each.

The great arceus witnessed the sins of mankind. Out of pity, they came down to choose a human to bring harmony. That person’s name was lost to time, but their work laid the foundation of The Balke Empire.

Although people lived in general peace, eventually a problem would arise on the horizon. The Balke Empire met a nation of people who refused to join, they had differing ideals and refused giving up political power.

The Balke Empire agreed to leave them be, but sent somebody to observe them.

They were called “Kunigami Nation.”

Unlike the Balke Empire, they were run by a group of the strongest Pokemon specialists. They battled with weapons alongside their pokemon, it was barbaric in the Balke Empire's eyes. They wished to enlighten them to a far more peaceful existence, the Balke Empire came to the conclusion that they should be assimilated.

This began the first war, which has continued to rage on over the decade.

Land, sea, air… It didn't matter, they battled everywhere.

The Balke empire was beginning to lose, their pokemon were fighting both a trainer and pokemon. That was when burster knights were introduced, taking the essence of their pokemon for battle. Soon they entered a stalemate, although a new distraction came over the horizon.

The discovery of a neighboring island caught their attention, it’s location being a foothold into either territory. The balke saw deposits of soul crystal's, while the kunigami nation saw a new power source.

Natives were absorbed or displaced by the new pioneers. The north containing the Balke empire, while the Kunigami nation took the south. As their operations expand, their borders grow closer to touching.

May arceus guide us through these dark times.
setting.

May Arceus Guide Us is set in the Pokemon world, on the island of Rispeberg.

We are set in medieval times. Time passes on the site the same way it does in the real world, so the current year and month on MAGU is the same year as it is for us.

Spring lasts from March to May, Summer from June to August, Autumn from September to November, and Winter from December to February.

Even though MAGU is primarily set in Rispeberg, other areas of the world are available to visit as well.
